Dave Chappelle is known for telling jokes on the mic — but the dude can throw ribbons too … just take a look for yourself.
The comedian was on hand Saturday for the Cincinnati Music Festival at Paycor Stadium — where Snoop Dogg was one of the headliners … and where Dave actually introduced him before he took the stage and rocked the house.
Snoop’s set was definitely great — but even after he left the stage … the show wasn’t over (despite the place looking somewhat empty by the end). Dave had some parting words for whoever was left … including some raps of his own, which he spit live.
Check it out for yourself… Dave gave a little speech about Ohio State, and how happy he was that they were welcoming Snoop with open arms. It looks like he was also paying a little homage to hip-hop in general, because he got into an Erik B./Rakim track.
Indeed … DC rapped on ‘Paid in Full’ while the backing band played the beat on their instruments. It was great, and in the footage we have … you can see that the rest of the crowd was vibrating along.
After it was over, Dave got the VIP treatment to get the hell out of there … a little golf cart ride where he zipped off looking like a rock star. The man … the legend!
